Our family

BC Discoveries has a talented and dedicated staff of just 3 individuals:  a Program/Performance Director, dance instructor/choreographer and  Acting/Vocal specialist.  Since BCDTA is a "Dance and Theater Company," having a small staff is done by design.  It is not unusual for BCDTA students to sing, dance & act and to a certain degree, the disciplines/classes overlap.   BCDTA's staff collaborates weekly  to ensure quality instruction and consistency throughout the program.
